Alpha-i Meditation
Alpha-i Meditation is an 8 week course in 4 week increments. It is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation designed to explore a range of different meditation practices and tailor one that not only fits into your particular lifestyle but also resonates with your body’s unique energetic signature. The first four weeks offers a variety of focus exercises to regulate the nervous system and slow down a racing mind. The second four weeks covers posture, breathing and establishing a daily meditation practice. The course includes a 1 hour private individual session.
