Graduates of the Walk in the World course have asked to continue their practice with Alpha-i. This ongoing course has been designed specifically for the WiW graduates based on their established practice.
Walk in the World Graduate Course has been designed to take the discovery and in-depth experience further. Each month consists of an in person 4 hour session that includes an inquiry and an action component. A specific topic is presented for personal inquiry, group discussion and as an experiment in your daily life. Peer to peer communication has proven to be a powerful aspect of this program. We all learn more about ourselves as we reflect on the experiences of others who share common challenges. Journal writing is another important component of the Walk in the World process; sharing your entries is optional except for an occasional summary that provides a powerful marker on your own personal journey.
Walk in the World Graduate Course Format
The Walk in the World Graduate Program consists of a monthly in person session and an 80 minute teleconference call. Students must have completed Alpha-i Meditation or have an established meditation practice. Instructor approval is required to join this class.
