Walk in the World – 8 Week Program

Walk in the World is an 8 week course to explore how to bring and expand conscious attention to day-to-day life. The practices are pragmatic, impactful and designed specifically for individual leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries from all walks of life. Each session consists of a thematic inquiry presented for personal exploration, group discussion and as an experiment in your daily life. Walk in the World is designed to assist you in creating and supporting ease and flow in situations that previously caused stress and dissatisfaction. Soon you will start to recognize how to bring the awareness, focus, attention and peace from your daily practice into all the moments of your life.
 
Peer to peer communication is a powerful aspect of this program. We all learn more about ourselves as we reflect on the experiences of others who share common challenges. The wisdom of the circle emerges and we discover ourselves anew amidst a rich woven texture of experiences as we experiment with fresh ways of engaging in our daily life.
 
Why Walk in the World? In a quiet room with all external factors controlled it is easier to maintain a sense of presence, rested in your awareness, but what happens in the midst of a busy life? Walk in the World offers you the tools to integrate your personal recognition with your daily experiences to access and integrate Alpha Intelligence: the seamless flow of connection between intuition, thought and action. 

  • What is fresh vs. what is remembered?
  • What is always, already here?
  • What is already at ease?
  • What is present before thought, feeling, or interpretation of the moment?
  • What happens through the filter of thoughts and emotion?
  • How are you dissatisfied?
  • What is currently not working in your life?

 
During this course we will actively cultivate curiosity and explore the space between what you assume you know and what emerges if you are truly willing to not know. Through simple practices in your daily life you will discover another perspective to more easily relinquish the familiar patterns of emotional response and explore a new way of being with yourself and others.
